Relationships are at the heart of everything. They shape how we see ourselves, how we feel day to day, and what we carry with us long after a conversation has ended. For me, this has always felt true — and it's what has driven more than 18 years of work supporting couples and individuals through some of the most challenging and intimate chapters of their lives.
I am a qualified systemic and psychodynamic psychotherapist, specialising in relationship dynamics and psychosexual health. I work with couples and individuals — face to face in London and online — offering a space that is warm, confidential, and entirely non-judgemental.
Whether you're caught in the same exhausting arguments, feeling quietly disconnected from your partner, or carrying something around sex or intimacy that you've never felt able to say out loud — I'm here to help you make sense of it, and to move through it.

My Training & Experience
I trained at two of the UK's most respected institutions in this field — Tavistock Relationships and Relate — and hold the following qualifications:
I am currently a visiting clinician at Tavistock Relationships, and I remain deeply committed to ongoing supervision and continued professional development. Therapy is a field that keeps evolving, and I believe my clients deserve a therapist who evolves with it.
Professional Memberships
I am a registered member of the College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists (COSRT) and British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
Both memberships require adherence to strict ethical codes, including full confidentiality. You can come to sessions knowing that what is shared in the room stays in the room.
